I’ve just heard a story that I vaguely remember hearing back in the 80’s.

The band 10cc got their name because they had read somewhere the average man produces 9 cc of semen at a time.

They wanted to be above average.

If this is true I think it’s an amazing fact.

Post rumours or old wives stories for us all to ponder.

It's an urban myth. That story has been getting told for decades and each time a different actor or musician is named. In the 1950s Hollywood actor Sal Mineo was the accused and others have been since.
