He should have gone to all those places on foot. And so should the camera & production crew, carrying all their gear. Except for the wet bits in between, of course. "Nope.. He's a hypocrite " The thing is he continually learnt about the planet and the natural world throughout his life and he changed, learnt from his mistakes. You are allowed to gain knowledge and then change behaviour Discover new information and pass it on, the fact that you weren't previously guided by this new knowledge and information doesn't make you a hypocrite. Accepting being re-educated and changing your behaviour should be applauded. Is it really practicable to live a perfect environmentally friendly life? Most of his behaviour that he himself regrets was decades ago before anyone knew about the dangers. Now we are educated, but even in the 80s and early 90s I was only really aware of the ozone layer problem. Though not related to being classed as a hypocrite due to causing environmental damage by travel, he was guilty of other things but that was way back, decades ago. They would be classed as unacceptable by our standards. Capturing wild animals for zoos, taking offspring to hand rear. Back in those days it wasn't thought of as being wrong, so just because you took part in those activities but reject them now doesn't make you a hypocrite. You are allowed to become enlightened. He must have inspired thousands upon thousands of individuals, been instrumental in harnessing support for organisations that are champions for this planet and the natural world. The knowledge, and wonder of the world that he has in part, brought into the homes of people all over this world. Showing us what we are all part of. I hope he has a fucking great birthday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! | |||

" suggest you read up on how lithium is mined and what it takes to produce the batteries that run EV cars you may want to rethink your opinion xx | |||
