Have you ever douched? I suspect a lot of fear of anal like yours is related to the ideation that arseholes are unclean and therefore off limits (which is mostly the case if they're not prepped, there's always another train in the tunnel so to speak).

It's a taboo feeling I know, and I do think psychologically connected with "that's where I poop and even I don't like to think about it". But playing with toys and getting the hang of cleaning it out can get you more comfortable with it.
