Dysmorphia question of the day: For whatever reason I dont put on weight, never have. Caught my reflection in the mirror and noticed maybe I look too thin for my age. I was thinking about removing all the body hair, particularly on my legs. Would that make them look thinner than I already think they look?

Your body looks good to me. The hair isn't unattractive but your body so your decision.

I’m kinda the same, always had very fast metabolism. Although never grew much hair so I think it’s your choice really

Agreed, I used to be probably a bit thinner than that and never felt gaunt or underweight. Got a nice middle age spread now though

Count your blessings!

At Stephanie's age (72yrs) middle age spread is natural, but she's size 12/14 and is smooth from nose to toes. Still think losing a few kilos would be a more attractive look...XX

I’m often been told I’m far too thin and if truth be told maybe I am but I say stuff what the haters think it’s your body and you should embrace what have 👊

As the saying goes 'beauty is in the eye of the beholder' and to me your body, all of it is perfect.

I'm well past caring, if I'm not someone's cup of tea that's fine. Not every body type is for me!

Removing body hair isn’t going alter your weight.

I’ve always been skinny, still am. It’s only as my metabolism slows in my late 40s/50s that I’m starting to look ‘normal’

Just be you.
