How can a truck driver see the car drivers crotch area from high up? Surely he may see a car passenger seat area only.

As a trucker I can only speak for myself but I’m MORE aware of my surroundings than a normal car driver. With 40 years experience driving and 37 of those as a class one driver.

I can look into a car as it passes me as that takes under a second. It actually helps keep others safe. If I see them on their phone or something else I’m preparing for anything.
