I've had this for a while now, I struggle getting hard anyway and don't reach a full erection until just before orgasm, then I have a great orgasm and a tiny bit of cum dribbles out the Japs eye.

There are several possible causes, some related to medication for high BP, depression or enlarged prostate. Other causes may be diabetes, MS, Parkinson's or nerve damage.

Accordingly it's not dangerous as the sperm is redirected into your bladder, and whilst it can be fixed, it's usually only for reproduction purposes that it's normally considered.

I'm on Tamsulosin and Finasteride.

The first apparently relaxes around the urethra to enable peeing.

The second can reduce the prostate over a 6 month period.

If this doesn't work my doctor has already mentioned a TURP.

So long as I can get a raging hardon I'm not bothered about ejaculation.

My days of winning the furthest cum shot are long gone
