They may well want spontaneous sex but as the OP says, we bottoms don't wait around douched just waiting for a top to drop us a line. Also if someone is on event based PrEP rather than daily then they need at least 2 hrs for that to be effective. While most guys can accept it when I say I can't meet at short notice there's a growing number that won't take no for an answer and that leads to them being blocked.

If the top doesn’t mind it undouched I don’t have a problem with that as long as he is prepared to deal with any mess that might happen. Of all the women I have had anal with I have never asked any of them to douche first I just accept anal can be messy. I do think many tips don't really get it about how we want to be clean for sex. I don't particularly like to be fucked if I've not douched, it's more comfortable when clean. Equally I'm fucked off with arranging a meet, cleaning out, taking PreP and then they blow out or make some excuses at the last minute.

I don't like to douche too often as it's not good for your colon and gut health to do it too frequently. 2 to 3 times a week's is max for me and what is recommended not to exceed.
