They may well want spontaneous sex but as the OP says, we bottoms don't wait around douched just waiting for a top to drop us a line. Also if someone is on event based PrEP rather than daily then they need at least 2 hrs for that to be effective. While most guys can accept it when I say I can't meet at short notice there's a growing number that won't take no for an answer and that leads to them being blocked.

If the top doesn’t mind it undouched I don’t have a problem with that as long as he is prepared to deal with any mess that might happen. Of all the women I have had anal with I have never asked any of them to douche first I just accept anal can be messy.
