Tell her and deal with it, cheat on her constantly and probably break your own heart eventually, or leave her.

You can carry on behind her back, and die from stress heart attack, or she can catch you and divorce you. You can just tell her and she divorces you. You can have a conversation with her and hope she accepts you. Only one option doesnt end in divorce, so thats what i'd be doing.

I'm more interested when men say they discovered they like men decades into to being adults -

All the group changing rooms , males showering together, havinga good look at the dick in the pornos. Watching men walking down the street?

None of that gave you a clue ? You went your whole life wanking and not once a man popped into your head ?

Anyway, you're 75. I would tell the wife. But only you know your situation. I will say that the hiding things, lying and sneaking around isn't worth it imo. What others do and how easy they find it is their business.

Talk to a counsellor first , if this is a serious post. You'll get great advise from someone who has supported people with this exact situation 100 times.

Maybe the sneaking around is worth it if you actually waht to try and stay married.

Perhaps being careful and trying not to get caught is the best option.

Yeh, there's lots of positive stories like that on here.

My FWB came out to his wife at age 50 - we'll he sort of got caught. They were together 34 years. Raised two kids, had a great relationship, despite the whole gay sex thing. She fully accepted him and they tried to make "it work" for a while. But , he eventually moved out. They still do everything as a family, her parents still value him as their beloved son in law. Life moves on, people generally choose love over spite and hate. Sometimes it takes time to adjust too.

Alternatively, be discrete, look after your sexual health, don't take unnecessary risks, and be an attentive husband who always puts her needs first.

Im a serial adulterer, with men and women, never been in a monogamous relationship and I knew I was bi from being a teenager!

My last health check I was a model of health and fitness, my BMI is bang in the middle of ideal because I look after myself.

I've been with my wife 29 years this year, marriage is as strong and loving as ever.

Only the person in that situation can make the decision about how they deal with it, but disclosing your sexuality can have massive ramifications on everyone's lives, you've got to decide whether it's worth the risk.
