Nothing here is unusual. I'm the same. I react wildly differently sexually to masculinity vs femininity.

The problem is that 'bi' is such a broad label that it's borderline meaningless. It's why you also get endless threads around 'why say bi curious' on here - it's guys who bi doesn't feel like the right description not having any other alternative.

I've got a friend who is currently in a same sex relationship with another girl, and her description of their relationship sounds very similar to her ex-boyfriend. For her, the things she's attracted to are just not things that tend to go down gender lines. Her partners gender is basically a moot point.

That's a completely different experience than my own bisexuality, where the women I find attractive and the men I find attractive and the way I relate to both are so widely different I find her perspective as foreign as being outright straight or gay, even though on paper we're both 'bi'.

Basically shits mad weird yo, jus' be yo'self.
