I think to an extent we self regulate the forums, and guys aren't backwards in reporting unsuitable language

Racist, homophobic abusive and bullying language won't be tolerated.

If this had come from a moderator post I would have been concerned. To be fair, nice outlook X just not an me / them situation, more like a we, not me / you, but people thing.
