Don't cope with it very well. One reason why I never holiday in sunny climes. On the good side I find my arthritis less painful and have been quite active in the garden this weekend though a bit whacked now.

Used to love it, not anymore. Yesterday I totally over heated, collapsed twice as MS and heat not compatible. Was rescued bu two young guys. They picked me up and got me out of the sun. Finally got home some 2 hours later, staying in the cool today

I struggle in the heat more as I get older. I suspect I may have developed reverse seasonal affective disorder but cannot be certain until I speak to the gp about it. I’m sat hear undressed with a fan going and the curtains closed trying desperately to cool down. The way the heat drains me is starting to affect my moods in a negative way

I've done both. In garden strategically moving with the sun to ensure I stay under my umbrella.

Headed indoors at 8pm and naked on bed atm, with the fan blowing against my knackers... 🍒

I have been to Thailand 8 times, since I retired.

Very hot there.

In Pattaya, I used to walk along the beach road, with all its shops.

There were seveal massive shopping centers along the way.

They were great, to walk into & look around, as they were all air conditioned.

I have been to other hot countries too.

Seychells Islands, Mauritius, St Lucia, Croatia, Majorca. Rhodes, etc.

I seem to be able to withstand the heat.
