After nearly a month by the Red Sea in Egypt, you could say I'm a little brown.

Brown or Red.

I thought this was a post about quintessential British Gastronomy, and what is our favourite sauce to dip out chips in or smother over a bacon and egg toastie

Disappointed

Neither! I’m not a fan of harsh heatwave sunshine. I’ve seen and experienced firsthand just how excruciatingly painful long-term UV damage can be.

Beyond sunburn, prolonged exposure damages skin cells, accelerates ageing, causes sunspots and uneven pigmentation, and raises the risk of melanoma, basal cell, and squamous cell carcinomas. It can also weaken your immune system and harm your eyes.

If you’re out in the sun, be wise and always use proper sun protection.

In a T shirt and shorts from March/April time,so by now I’m fairly tanned anyway, so the sun just makes me browner.

I don't know why I I don't go red sun comes out and I tan. Sometimes think its because my father spent 12years in India ,when he was in the army. He remained deep tanned for the rest of his life. But that's just a thought probably wrong xx

I use factor 50 sun block and plenty of it, so I’m still white. I’m not risking getting skin cancer or other UV related issues.

Very pale skinned so stay out of the sun as much as I can. Otherwise go bright red and peel.

I’m the poster boy for “Pale White Dudes”

I think others around me tan better as I’m so white I reflect the sun’s rays lol

Usually, I’ll go pink, if I’m lucky I might get a slight brown, but it never last long and then it’s white again

Very brown at the moment...except where I've been wearing my bra and panties to sunbathe in. Those parts of me are milky white.

Red, although as much as I appreciate the nice weather im not a sun worshipper. I can enjoy the good weather as long as im in the shade.

Only part of me that really gets the sun is my forearms and occasionally my legs if im wearing shorts. The rest of me is lily white. Does make me look odd when naked ha ha
