Inconsiderate wankers across the back were playing music loudly late into the night.

If it wasn't already difficult enough to get to sleep in the heat, it was made impossible by that.

Not helpful when my alarm was set for 4:25 this morning.

Keeping windows and curtains closed all day and then open them 8,9pm and been sleeping down stairs with front window open and the back windows open and get a lovely through breeze has helped me.Slept solidly last few night.
