Just having a new shower fitted and thinking of getting a douche wand attachment for it.

Advice please what are the benefits and things to be aware of...?

I'm sure you know that less water is more.

You only wanna clean the rectum. Not fill your intestine which means more mess and flushing.

Absolutely great advice - too much water and it’s game for a few hours until things dry up 🤣🤣🤣

I use a 10" silicone wand attachment and intentionally slide it in all the way. Yes it takes longer to get clean but once done I stay clean for ages.

I recently had a new electric shower fitted. It constantly monitors the water flow. I had a widget fitted on my last shower, supplied by United Utilities, that used less water. The guy fitting the new shower warned me quite strongly about re-fitting it. And also doing anything else that interfered with the flow of water. So a douche attachment would fit into that category.
