I’ve been reading about these recently. Officially they don’t permanently increase size, but are shown to improve firmness and quality of an erection. Any of you had experience with them, comments or recommendations welcome.

I’ve used a pump regularly over many years; I enjoy the feel of my cock being engorged; it feels great when you wank your pumped up prick.

The consensus is that there are no long term gains re size/girth but that is not my experience.

I have definitely had long term and permanent gains but I have been very consistent over time; it’s not a quick fix.

Doing it just for the sensation is fine.

I would always recommend a good quality one with a decent trigger pump; the squeeze ball ones aren’t that great.

Mr B are pricey but excellent quality.

A cheaper one to try it is probably a good idea.

Thanks, I’m really looking for improvement in strength of erection but any length/girth improvements would also be welcome!!

The Lovehoney basics are £30 or so, is that too cheap to be a good test product, or should I go for the £80 Hydromax one that gets good reviews?

I’ve been using one for over six months now, on the recommendation of my PrEP clinic doctor as a way of managing erection issues.

It really has made a difference, blood flow improved, cock is plumper much of the time when flaccid, and importantly my FWB says there’s a noticeable increase in girth when I’m hard - length seems to be increasing too but that’s not the reason I’m using it.

I use a Hydromax, not cheap but it’s a quality piece of kit.

Like any exercise you’ve got to keep doing it regularly in order to maintain the benefits - but that’s just common sense.

If the pump is as an aid to erection issues then I’d highly recommend having a stretch silicone cock ring ready to go on immediately the pump comes off.

Should give a nice and longer lasting boost
