I haven’t been to every cruising location so I can’t really have an opinion on the best but for the locations near me in South London one of them is particularly good. It’s woodland with lots of cover and a long way from the main paths. I had a particularly successful visit there yesterday afternoon.

My fave is in a Welsh National Park just north of the Valleys.

A layby following the curve of the old road. Lots of layby action. An easy fence jump amongst the trees and you can get it on most days.

Weather hampers fun as its sometimes muddy; but when nice usually very busy.

There was a reported case some time ago where a guy would block the exit while his mate mugged drivers. No escape.

I would avoid places without an alternative exit, not much safer but better than nothing

I worked for the uni from 2022-24 and often had fun in the park where they play American football also from Botley interchange on the A34 heading towards M40 there’s a turning on the left with a little lay-by on a country lane with a long wooded area. Had lots of fun there. There’s also a little village close to BMW where a guy who has the keys to village hall type place, that was also a lot of fun

North London into Herts has a few other areas as well, mostly carparks near woods/open spaces and picnic areas.

Places that are obvious cruising areas in laybys or forest are to be avoided. Too much likelihood of offending the general public especially with so many idiots leaving things aroudn which also offend the public.

Being prepared to meet up and then walk deep into the forest for your fun and not leaving any evidence is best.
