Found a mobile phone in Market Sq .
Wanted to hand in to police but none around.
Noticed battery very low so took it home to charge and hope owner would ring.
He did and I was so pleased to hand it back to him.
Nice GAY young man too.
Good job I saw it first and although locked I'm sure in the wrong hands he wouldn't have got it back.
