I used to go barefoot a lot when I was younger, but since being diagnosed diabetic nearly 20 years ago, I only go barefoot at home these days.

What I really miss is the feel of sand or grass under my feet, but the risk of foot injury now isn't worth it, I'm not losing a foot over it.

I'm usually just in socks while time at home. Shoes always left at door.

When weather is nice ill go barefoot on patio. I keep everything swept and tidy.

Been reading up a bit on grounding.
