To dress or not to dress

As you can see from my profile have occasionally worn panties and fem clothing. Seem to have gone through a period of not really doing so of late, but still got a big bag of panties, tights and some fem clothing. So do I get rid/give away or hold on in case the desire comes back??

If not going to dress having a big bag of panties that could be discovered seems a bit of a pointless risk 🤣🤣

Only you can decide that one for yourself and what you want to do - if it's something you enjoy and think you may do again in the future, then it would seem silly to give them away.

Or if you're not sure, perhaps find somewhere secure you can keep them for now and give it a few months to see if you get the urge back and then make a decision.

Only you know. However, as someone (like many on here, I assume!) that has purged multiple times, the feelings catch back up with you & you start all over again. I weep for the beautiful lingerie clothes & so many leather heels & boots I've given away!

Exactly that!

I started dressing when I was about 12. Purged and thrown away clothes, shoes, lingerie many times (and bitterly regretted it later). I don't know if it's the feel of the clothes, the look of the clothes or the way it makes me feel wearing them but all I know is that the things I have thrown away have been irreplaceable. Maybe just put it all in the attic in a discrete bag and see if you can forget it....but at some point you will go and get that bag back down. It's very much an addiction to be conquered. x

A tricky question. But as you've dressed before, you will probably want to do it again, sometime in the future.

Ahhhhthe perpetual circle of dress, quit, and purge, only to find yourself in stockings and suspenders 2 months later.

Thanks all, definitely been guilty of the purge relapse take before (an expensive habit), might take the Attic advice and see how it goes 😀

Obviously only you can decide what's best for you but I think I can speak for many many trannies on here when I say, the desire or need to dress never ever leaves you.

Like Arnie, it will return.

If you've got somewhere to keep, do so, especially if you've some favourites. The urge always comes back sometime down the line. Lost count of the amount of toys and clothes I've thrown away and rebought years down the line when I've felt I'm done with that 'phase'. Of course, it's fun shopping for new things too.

Yep... I have purged many times and have the same regret others have mentioned. That favourite sift leather pencil skirt, the Hawes and Curtis satin blouses, the Pleaser heels, the PVC miniskirt that made such a wonderful sound...

Well as an update, 3 weeks in and the “Lana” bag remains in the garage unused, toys, cages and panties remain unused. Enjoying the time away, but also enjoying sharing some of the picture archives.

Shall Lana return, not sure this time x

Thank you all for the support and comments 💋

well if he’s a risk of getting caught and the desire has gone just get rid of it, unless I’m missing something lol

The urge will return as will the renewed excitement you'll feel when you buy new underwear

Some really good advice already.

I agree with those that say purging is always regrettable later. But it sounds like you don't have high expense items (wigs, heels to name a few) so maybe that's not a major concern and you can build up slowly with a pair of panties here, and tights there.

If you can find a very safe space then I'd do that personally. In a carrier bag, in a box, in another box, in the Christmas decorations (assuming you're the one that gets the tree and decs out each year?).

For me, it's the feel of the clothes, the way I look in the mirror and the way I feel when wearing them is too much to not have them at all.

It's an addiction to be conquered, that's for sure!

xx

Keep them. It’s cheaper. Once you’ve slipped into stockings .. there’s no way back. There may be quiet times, months go by .. but you will return.
