Avoid ultra processed foods, sugars, simple carbs and foods with a high fat content.

Don't snack and avoid eating late at night.

Keep hydrated

All pretty simple stuff🙂

I have to chug Kefir for a few days after taking Doxypep, because it wipes out my gut biome, with pretty disastrous consequences.

Avoid UPF, minimum fruit, varied diet. 85% chocolate is like medicine without side effects. Regular sleep pattern, walk and exercise daily. I fast for 12 - 14 hours a day. Oh, and plenty of sex!

I take an Actimel probiotic drink in the morning, and a prebiotic tablet at night. My stomach use to be really bad, I was gluten intolerant etc, once I started on the probiotics I've been able to eat anything again.
