Yes this happens in prison but not the frequency and which the media presents it as. It also depends on which prison you are in and how long your sentence is as to whether or not you will be looked at. However some prisoners are targeted purely for why they are in there

Ex army mate joined the prison service although he didn't stick it that long. Found it rather depressing. Yes a certain amount of gay sex does happen but not that widespread as not much privacy in prisons outside the cells. He also reckoned some fights were caused by unwanted 'come on' looks and gestures

Actually it’s not as rampant as you would think, most guys are on high alert and more frightened of being attacked or beaten up, you are informed to take showers in your boxers, most guys are just trying to keep their head down and through their term. Many will just have a quiet wank to release to themselves, it’s really not a sexually deviant as most would expect, imaging living your life under permanent threat, they are on edge all of the time, from other prisoners and the guards. Sexual experiences tend to go on the back burner.

Most prisoners do not talk about their crimes to protect themselves, their only disadvantaged are those who have been publicly in the media. In fact this only danger happens in rehabilitation programs where past crimes are required to be spoken about, then the cat is out of the bag and the prisoners crimes will be gossiped around, that is where often prisoners will be attacked. Otherwise it’s over petty arguments

Prison. All boys schools. Armed forces anywhere lots of men are away from home n family it's bound to happen. We get a lot of builder working away from home and there randy devils.

But as soon as there in mixed company it's back to normal as if nothing happened.

Just remember ladies in every group of men there's at least on gay or BI guy so if you stop having sex he got a back up and it's someone you know but would never expect.

Society is judged by how they care for the vulnerable and for those in prison. The purpose of prison is to keep society safe from those who would offend. The punishment is deprivation of liberty, not hard labour or abrogation of human rights.
