These ejaculatory ducts then travel directly through the prostate to empty into the urethra in the penis.

The male ejaculate,(cum) or semen, is an organic mixture composed of spermatozoa produced constantly in the testes (balls) and fluid from the seminal vesicles which is produced on ejaculation, just like saliva is produced involuntarily.

Well yes obviously the Actual amount isn't any bigger than after a few days but the release feels better doesn't it, and It often comes out quicker as the final release is more exciting. So it's been with me anyway. Often if abstain for over a week it's very watery, but I do usually release after a long edging session
