Love my sea fishing hunting for the Codling

Love fishing the Beaches Rock marks and Cliff tops in the middle of winter especially on a winters night when it’s freezing cold and the Seas are rough

Always fish alone though but it would be good someone to fish with now and again

My boyfriend used to go beach fishing at night . I used to make up a flask of soup or bovril and take it down to him. At first he was very self conscious about what the other fishermen would say.

But when he got home the next morning he was bragging. Apparently all the other blokes wished they had a mate to bring a hot flask of soup. And “ not even my wife does that for me”

Most sea fishermen I know will have a flask with them i wouldn’t leave without mine 😁

It’s not for everyone I get that mate but for me it’s the one time I can get away from everyone and have some proper me time

Standing in the freezing cold middle of the night in winter on a beach or the rocks what’s strange about that 😂
