Any tips for douching

Any advice welcome. I have a douche ball but see different info about how much water to use. Sometimes it can take for ever to run clear.

Ive been embarrassed a couple of times as well and want to get it right. Cheers x

I have a 10 inch flexible shower attachment and slide the whole thing in gently a few times until it runs clear. I takes quite a while but I stay clean for ages.

Key to avoiding any messy accidents is to get as much of the water out again afterwards. A dildo will help with that. Work it in pump it a little then pull it out. When prepping to bottom, I also use a dildo as a cleanliness guide. It may look clean but I douche til it comes out smelling clean.
