Hi i was lucky enough to have a very understanding wife and her best mate. They taught me how to walk in heels don't go to high at first. They also taught me how to sit like a female in skirts and dresses how to do my makeup not tarty looking as they wahted the classy look then last a wig that suited my face and my dress sence. Defo nice and smooth

Plus depends on what you want good foundation underwear and as already stated practice

Don't break a leg walking in high heels get some low heels for driving, dress as you feel comfortable try different knickers and see what suits you, I find g-strings don't keep anything in place,

I can walk safely/securely, even downstairs in 4" heels

5" heels, I can walk up them, but not down

6" heels, I stay away from stairs!!

Learn to blend, if you have dark facial hair without the right makeup blenders consealers foundation you will struggle to hide the five o/clock shadow. And dress appropriately to the surroundings. It will give you confidence. Xx
