I've been with Vodafone for my mobile for at least 5 years.

Luckily I've never had a serious problem so I've not had a bad customer service experience.

But when I've rang them about simple issues I've got through pretty quickly on the phone and they've sorted it.

Had Vodafone mobile for years without any issues and did have broadband with them, but once the 2yr contract had finished the price shot up, so I changed provider. Had no issues with either service from them

Rubbish service unfortunately in coverage and in talking to them. Just my experience. I think they're all very similar these days and very little differentiation..

When I moved home several years ago to a remote rural location I called Vodafone on a landline and told them I wanted to cancel my account because I didn’t have any mobile signal at all. I was going to change to another provider who had a signal.

Vodafone said they would give me a discount if I stayed with them! Doh!
