Can anyone tell me what qualifies as a Hot Photo on here? Who decides or is it a number of times it has been fabbed? Or What?

A hot photo is one with a face and body and not a faceless/headless body.

It's not difficult to work out, it actually says above each photo "fabbed xxx times in 12 hours" in descending order
