I was in a bad place for a good 2 years and finally broke earlier this year.

The amount of guys who reached out to me offering support and sharing their experiences was overwhelming.

I finally did what I should have done previously, talk, take up them offers and in turn offer support myself.

It's been a traumatic experience, but given me an insight into hoe many guys are struggling to Ng with MH issues.

It's an epidemic
