"Hi everyone, has anyone got any suggestions or tips on the best way to douche before a meet?

Use a bulb douche, use small amounts of luke warm clean water for each cycle. I tend to squirt a bit up there wait about 15-30 seconds before pushing it back out.

I find walking up and down the bathroom while waiting helps get everything. Repeat the cycle till it comes out clean, usually about 3-4 cycles for me to be totally clear.

Also make sure to squeeze all the air out of the douche bulb before putting it up there otherwise you'll just fill yourself with air. Use a little lube each time you inset the douche nozzle, it will wash away every time you expel the water so lube again for the next cycle, just way more comfortable.

Don't fill yourself too much, not only does it bloat you, but it will take hours to get all the water out if it flows past the rectum past the bend into the colon. If that does happen, lay on your left side to help drain the water out of the colon.

I have a shower head attachment that is about 18” long with multiple holes along the length. My shower is fitted with an extra long flexible pile so I am able to sit on the loo and douche until the water runs clean. I also have a douche bulb for when I’m away

Thank you for all the advice guys, I’m going to look at getting a bulb this week xxx
