I seem to attract a lot of interest from men aged 60+, but that's outside the age range I'm usually looking to meet.

I'm trying to work out why this keeps happening. Is it something about my profile, photos, interests, or the way I present myself?

Or is it more likely related to the people I'm viewing and interacting with?

I'd be interested to hear other people's thoughts and experiences.

Simple really, a lot of guys don't bother reading profiles, the y just look at photos, others think they are so special that your particular boundaries don't apply to them.

A failure to block messages from outside required age range and perhaps poor eyesight in all the 'old codgers' sending messages

Sometimes conversations with the old codgers- as people keep calling them,are much more interesting than a hookup.

That's why I don't block certain age groups. But when you get messages with naked pictures saying. Are you interested?

The older generation is much more interesting to talk to.

So you're happy to get messages from outside your preferred age range as long as they're not looking for intimacy...is that it? FG doesn't have a content filter, so I guess you'll just have to, er, suck it up.

As mentioned above some of the punters here don't, or even can't, read profiles, some of them are probably d*unk, and some are scammers. Some are also nice people. That's FG for you...

It isn't clear what you mean by 'attracting a lot of interest'. Do you mean that older guys are looking at your profile, or are they also contacted you in order to propose a meet?

Depends if the OP is talking about guys over his stipulated age group messaging him, or just people looking at his profile, which of course folk arent psychic and dont know your age preferences until they read your profile
