Keep the windows and blinds closed during the day, but keep them open at night to let the cool air in.

Plenty of water, but keep it in the fridge.

In hot weather have a hot shower, not cold. The heat opens the skin's pores and sweat glands. When you leave the shower you will feel cooler. If you take a cold shower then the outer air will feel even hotter.

To stay cool at all times don't read the lefty woke stuff on the mainstream media. Humans cannot change sex, humans are not responsible for climate changes, the covid mrna injections are dangerous, ineffective and increase the likelihood of catching the man made covid virus. I wear only T shirt and shirts without any underwear because I sweat easily with sweaty balls.

Shower often.

Used hand held fan.

Place a large bowl of ice cubes in front of a fan in your bedroom. This will circulate cooler air rather than warm air.

Avoid all man-made fabrics, stick to cotton. Try not wearing socks too.

I’m fortunate to have air conditioning around the house, but if I was too warm and didn’t have it I would just go about my days naked. Not the prettiest of sights lol, but that’s what I would do xx
