I wish I'd transitioned sooner so that bottom surgery may have been an option for me. Overall, I have zero regrets about taking testosterone, having a hysterectomy and having top surgery.

From the other side. Saw a F to M a couple of times. A very focussed and brave person.

Now he, he was very open and frank about the process which took some time and lots of money.

Very comfortable in his new person, he made a great lover and thoroughly enjoyable.
