Your starting size: 44A

Sister size (up a band): 46AA (Same cup volume, looser band)

Going up a size and down a cup: 46AAA (Smaller cup volume, looser band)

If a 44A feels too tight in the band but the cups fit perfectly, try a 46AA.

Fuck me! Never heard of AAA. I'll ask in M&S next time I'm there.

Anyone love AAA cups? (Before I embarrass myself in my local store). Lol.

I doubt you'll find a 46AA or 46AAA bra. Pretty much all women with a band that size are going to have much larger breasts. You might have more luck with a bralette, or try some breast forms.
