I've used Sky Broadband for years, always found their customer service ok to be fair, much better than TalkTalk or BT's custom service.

Actually I don't find Sky customer service that bad once you get through to a person, however just like most companies these days, they make it incredibly difficult to get through to a human

I've heard that Virgin Media are a lot worse. As far as Sky goes I binned them a couple of years ago as their pricing became excessive.

Community Fibre costs me £20 per month, and I can watch and record Freeview with my Humax recorder. Football, boxing and any other televised sport is also available using 'other means'.
