In a recent survey in the Middle East the question was asked as to which nation posed the greatest threat to security in the region.

Israel secured 44% of the vote, the USA 21% and Iran just 6%. In a later interview an Amarican general admitted surprise that they scored so low.

I wouldn't say they're the biggest threat to security in the region, they seem to be the only nation willing to do something about the threat of Muslim fundamentalism and their threats towards their nation.

Israel has been making steps towards peace with Various Arab states which the fundamentalists disagree with.

Of course, the Arabs know nothing about the matter at all. They just live next door, unlike US evangelicals and arms dealers. They just (eg Lebanon, Egypt and Syria) get invaded from time to time. Only Israel is qualified to comment, and, by the way, under the IHRC rules (approved by Israel) it is antisemitic to criticise it.

Oh yes. Completely unlike the incessant flow of propaganda from Tel Aviv, and the lying denials of war crimes and ethnic cleansing.

Numbers: 73,000 (conservatively - many bodies still under the wreckage) and Gaza reduced to rubble, vs 1200 ( many of whom were of conscription age) Not counting Lebanon, not counting the joint ex in Iran.

The data support extreme scepticism as to Israel's desire for peace. Or for remaining anywhere near its present borders.

PS

..The UN's Independent International Commission of Inquiry declared 30% of the people killed in Gaza since the Israel-Hamas war began were children. The report says Israeli forces: "...deliberately carried out acts inflicting death and severe bodily and mental harm on hundreds of thousands of Palestinian children."

It says Israeli forces continued to use high-payload munitions and weapons in densely populated areas during the war, despite mounting child casualties. In a report out today, the three-member investigation team, which does not speak for the UN, says: “This indicates that such attacks, which killed children in such high numbers, were intentional.”

And it concludes that Israeli attacks on Gaza's hospitals have "systematically dismantled children's access to life-sustaining care, undermining their survival as a protected group."

(The Mirror, Tuesday)

There can be no connection between that report and the OP's current offering, can there? Pure coincidence, of course.

In 2025, Israel attacked at least six countries, including Palestine, Iran, Lebanon, Qatar, Syria, and Yemen.

It also carried out strikes in Tunisian, Maltese and Greek territorial waters on aid flotillas heading for Gaza.

According to Armed Conflict Location and Event Data (ACLED), an independent conflict monitor, from January 1 to December 2025, Israel attacked:

Gaza and the occupied West Bank 8,332 times

Lebanon 1,653 times

Iran 379 times

Syria 207 times

Yemen 48 times

Qatar once

Tunisian waters twice, Maltese and Greek waters once each.

How do you know that Israel is a nuclear power which they have never acknowledged? It’s a puny little entity of 9 million people who depend entirely on the US taxpayer who pay everything for these murderers. Every time they get into trouble they run to the rest of the world claiming to be victims crying “please save us, we are the chosen people” These people are appalling scum and if left to stand on their own feet they wouldn’t last for a week. Israel is widely believed to possess an arsenal of nuclear weapons, with estimates ranging from 90 to 400 warheads.

However, the country maintains a strict policy of "nuclear ambiguity" or opacity. They have never officially confirmed or denied having nuclear weapons and are not a signatory to the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT).

Key details of Israel's estimated nuclear capabilities include:

Delivery Systems:

Experts assess that Israel possesses a nuclear triad:

Air: Gravity bombs deliverable by F-15 and F-16 fighter aircraft.

Land: Jericho-series ballistic missiles (including the Jericho III, which may have intercontinental range).

Sea: Submarine-launched cruise missiles deployed on German-built Dolphin-class submarines.

The "Samson Option": This is the widely discussed military strategy of massive nuclear retaliation as a last resort if the state of Israel is facing destruction.

Official Status: Along with India and Pakistan, Israel is considered a de facto nuclear-weapon state, having developed its program outside of the international NPT framework.

You just can’t manage to get things right, but keep trying and I’m sure you will eventually manage to keep up with the adults. I said that no one knows if Israel is nuclear armed or not, and even you appear to have accepted that. The genocide is a totally different question, the mindless slaughter of tens of thousands of civilian women and children and their starvation onto death is not for Israel to decide, and the whole world can see what these butchers have been doing to the indigenous Palestinians, and even ICJ have issued warrants for the arrest of two of their leaders to face charges of war crimes. You can wallow in your ignorance if that’s where you feel at home, the vast majority do not agree with you.

"Israel has never confirmed that they're committing genocide either.

So I guess that's that problem solved then!

You can wallow in your ignorance if that’s where you feel at home, the vast majority do not agree with you."

I agree with most of that. But we absolutely know Israel is nuclear armed.
