Absolutely been thrown through the meat grinder of life, have had some of the lowest lows, and seen the bottom of the barrel, the only choice was to get yourself out of them, in my experience most friends will disappear when the heavy shit really hits the fan.. For around 15 years now I decided to no longer court friendships, with male of females.

I’ve learned to be comfortable in my own skin, very happy to be sociable with anyone but all are kept at arms length. It suites me better. It’s my own choice.
