i do most of my skirts & outfit shopping online, although i have used tesco self service tills if i see something i really like, last tesco purchase was a pair of leopard print tights wich are absolutely gorgeous

the charity shops in Blackburn have skirts ( shame not many in my size ) and primark here has lots if you look around though has has been said online gives a vast choice even if you dont get to see it first

tesco has a lovely pale blue pleated short skirt i need to buy when on my own
