The result is reduced peak power output and increased fuel consumption, apart from the obvious noise.

Are scientists certain that alleged climate change happening now, resulting in higher temperatures, won't be followed by global cooling due to a reduction in the Sun's output?" The heating and cooling factor of Earths climate is well known and has happened since the dawn of time. However, that's not what human induced climate change is. Scientists can now prove that human behaviour is impacting climate change. Fossil fuels have a distinct "isotopic signature". By analyzing carbon in the atmosphere, scientists prove the massive spike in CO2 directly comes from burning coal, oil, and gas, not natural outgassing.

"Have scientists yet managed to explain how the 300 year Medieval Warm Period - which occurred several centuries before the Industrial Revolution when the global population was about one sixteenth of today's figure - was quickly followed by the 500 year Little Ice Age?" Actually, yes. The Medieval warm period was caused by increased solar activity, decreased volcanic activity and changes to oceanic circulation patterns. Also, although Europe was warmer, other regions were cooler due to these changing circulation patterns. The Little Ice Age was caused by decreased solar activity, increased volcanic activity and subsequent changes to circulation patterns again. There is also evidence widespread reforestation in the Americas following the loss of 90% of the population due to European diseases. This would have resulted in decreased CO2.

"What really offends a certain sector about Elon Musk’s "immoral / obscene" trillion-dollar fortune, as they call it, isn’t the money apparently. It’s that he was allowed to earn it in the first place! Yet Musk risked everything twice to build companies experts called impossible. He earned it. Between 2021 and 2023 he gave over $7.6 billion in Tesla stock to charity, $5.7 billion in a single year, through a foundation that funds renewable energy, science education, pediatric research, and disaster relief. Do they also consider that contribution to society "immoral / obscene" too?" Depending on how it leverages him or his organisations power then perhaps. His political donations for example are also designated charitable donations. He is utterly unscrupulous but naive in that he thought Trump had some altruistic intent in his role as president, where by consideration of a national "greater good" rather than "Mr Trump's good" had a place at the table.

"Those wanting to reproduce should undergo an IQ test beforehand. I used to know a guy who never tired of telling people that he had a high IQ and was a member of Mensa. He was a boring, scruffy person with barely any social skills and, as far as I know, was never in a relationship with another person. He had great knowledge of certain things but next to no common sense, and never had a decent career or made much money.

"Hirsutismus: a Neanderthalic procrastination by the erroneous principles of evolution! Celts who use long words." A rather terse but nonetheless interesting observation. Though perhaps you could enlighten us? Is it the polysyllabic nature of the language that troubles your mind, or simply my rather fortunate ability to use it? Words are free, you know. I lay claim to none of them exclusively, and my heritage isn’t solely Celtic as you seem to infer, but rather proudly Anglo-Celtic. Your part of Merrie England, no less, gave us the wonderful Ormulum and the very foundations of written English. What a shame not to make use of such a glorious lexicon. Exploring and learning really are the stepping stones to knowledge, and to expressing oneself less mundanely and with delicious bountiful exuberance.

Dismissing Musk as a "con artist" doesn't address the actual work done between 2021-2023. During that period we saw Falcon 9 reuse become routine with over 200 launches, Starlink go from beta to serving millions and connecting rural schools and disaster zones, and Tesla scale battery storage and grid projects that were called "impossible" a mere decade earlier. Those are the undeniable facts. You can of course dislike his politics. That doesn't erase the engineering successes and the research funding that was achieved.

"Cliff Richard is a better singer than Elton John Love a bit of Cliff." I recommend Beachy Head in a high offshore wind.

"Climate change is a con. Climate change is a consensus view agreed upon by every responsible unbiased climate scientist who has made a thorough study of the matter. There you are: fixed it for you. It's amazing how many people don't believe in human impacted climate change. 99.9% of scientists agree with it. 0.01% do not. Yet they choose to believe the latter, or some dodgy conspiracy theorists on Twitter 🤦" Rubbish. The human impact on the climate is tiny. Even measuring what you are talking about is highly uncertain. The whole subject is so overwhelmed with ridiculous statements using words like 'global' and 'average' are meaningless in scientific terms. Most of the predictions are based on models, now shown clearly to be nonsense. Ridiculous statements like 'it is estimated that...' show an absense of scientific thinking. One day the ridiculous zeitgeist will pass away.

"The climate change problem we're having at the moment is actually and actually occurring phenomenon because man is part of nature." What problem(s) is/are it causing?

"The climate change problem we're having at the moment is actually and actually occurring phenomenon because man is part of nature. What problem(s) is/are it causing? " Whatever is apparently happening to the global climate is obvious to anyone, but it’s already too late to change things, and there’s no real will to do anything that might impact worldwide economies.

"ALL men should be shaved where they want a mouth pleasuring them...!" Absolutely not. Nothing worse than a man shaved down below. Give me hair any day trimmed or natural.

Do they also consider that contribution to society "immoral / obscene" too?" He gave the stock away as a tax dodge, he also fired a factory worker when he complained about the safety in the factory, then he sued the worker for false defamation But all said. He is totally crazy so I like him! Lol

"Hirsutismus: a Neanderthalic procrastination by the erroneous principles of evolution! Celts who use long words. A rather terse but nonetheless interesting observation. " How very baroque.
