A tight foreskin can also be the result of a high sugar content in your wee. If you have a tight foreskin then a diabetic blood test might be necessary.

I didn’t know I was diabetic but kept getting penile thrush which I self-medicated with Canestan. It cleared up pretty well but within a couple of months I was back to square one with another dose of penile thrush so I self-medicated again. Hindsight is a wonderful thing and I wish I’d consulted my GP back then. By the time that I got around to seeing them I was type 2 diabetic and I had full blown Phimosis caused by scar tissue on my foreskin from repeated doses of thrush.

I was cut last year and have reversed the diabetes but guys if your foreskin is tight see your GP.
