* Or other dehydrated noodle-based instant snack food?

For me it's the Naked Thai Style Green Curry.

It's true they are really unhealthy. I do love them though.

To make it better, I throw in frozen peas or sweetcorn, mushrooms or any other veg. With packet noodles I sometimes muddle in an egg when the water has nearly boiled away.

Just call me Nigella.

No idea. Think I did try one once but that was about 40 years ago so can't remember what flavour it was.

I haven’t had one since I was a kid but yeh, as above- chicken and mushroom in a buttered morning roll. Devine.

Too concerned about the high salt and other modifiers now, so will content myself with the memories of the taste! Probably not as good as I remember anyway 🤣

I've never eaten Pot Noodles because they’re basically junk.

One pot has 30% to 50% of your daily salt, which isn’t great for blood pressure. There’s hardly any protein, fibre, vitamins or minerals. It’s just refined carbs and fried noodles that spike your blood sugar and leave you hungry again very quickly.

They are also loaded with palm oil, MSG, artificial colours, preservatives and other additives to keep them shelf-stable and taste savoury.

Handy for a quick fix, but not real food that is actually healthy and nourishing.

"One that I have got a guy to cum in for me to eat "

Well that's certainly one way of adding some nutrition! 😅
