East Kilbride

I've yet to find one that matches a freshly bought from a good pizza takeaway. Had anyone found one that comes close to a "proper pizza" ?

North London (outer)

I haven't had a frozen pizza for a couple of years but Waitrose do some decent ones.

Best pizza restaurant I've ever been to is Castello's in Elephant & Castle, I saw Frankie Fraser there once, he was a regular.

Ship bought pizzas can be very disappointing, if I have to get one I'll pump it with extra cheese, bacon, ham, peppers, onion and mushrooms

Bradford

The best pizza are fresh ones from a place in Bradford City Centre.

The best frozen “pizza” are the small Chicago Towns done in an air fryer.

You'll never find a frozen pizza anywhere near the quality of even the worst takeaway pizzas, because the freezing damages the dough structure, it will never be the same. Also any pizza you cook at home, frozen or otherwise, in a normal oven won't be as good either as they can't reach the same temps a pizza oven does.

I buy the ready to roll pizza dough its rectangle shape and it fits nicely on a baking tray, i spread tomato pasatta may have spelt that wrong , mozzarella then top with whatever toppings I have ham mushrooms red pepper red onion tuna etc sprinkle with dried herbs oregano basil bang it in the oven 20 minutes or so. Its not quite takeaway standard but definitely tastier than supermarket chilled or frozen pizza

Make your own dough and get yourself a ninja pizza 🍕 oven. They take literally 2 minutes to cook to perfection. You can cook all sorts in them but they aren’t for indoor use. Frozen pizza is highly processed 🤮I treated myself to one for Christmas and I’ve not had a takeaway one since 👌🏼

Bispham, Blackpool.

Pizza Express brand is sold in supermarkets in the chilled area.

Frozen pizzas are the same quality as their fresh equivalent in the chilled cabinet.

The frozen variety is cheaper because of it's storage life and there's no waste and that's reflected in the price
