Every now and then about 30 minutes after swallowing I get nauseous, never actually thrown up, just feel a little sick. It's not going to stop me, but it's just an observation.

Blew a guy earlier this morning and he was a particularly heavy cummer and cum straight into my throat while holding my head on his cock, which I love anyway so have no issues with that, but about 30 minutes after I just felt like I wanted to be sick. I'll try that if it gets too bad, but I never know when it's going to come on, and really only last 20 minutes or so, so not really an issue, just wondered if anyone else got this now and then.
