You have no connection to the event, don't know the people, but your friend, who did attend her relative's wedding is going to show you the pictures....all of them, including the Arty black and white shots in the garden...because your friend is in there somewhere.

Do you: be politely assertive and after a couple say, "Well, it looks as though you had a nice day" as you move away OR do you politely sit through the whole (boring) lot?
