I already had it earlier this year. Luckily I am not intimate with my wife. I have been vaccinated now (only 30℅ effective). It will always be a risk for guys like me, so have to be comfortable with the consequences.

Injections aren't 100% effective. Stats show 30/40% effectiveness. Not the miracle cure people think. Better to get proper medical advice as more than one variety of injection are available

Doxy pep is for preventing chlamydia and syphilis, gonorrhea is mostly resistant to doxycycline
