So statistically the OP could expect to wait over 10 years. | |||

"Large marathons with 40k plus people (and now over 2 days?) are not very pleasant to run. There’s loads of marathons in smaller European towns that are much more fun with better food and drink at the end - imho" Agreed but I won't deny would be something special to do the London marathon just once. | |||
