Im a huge speedo fan. Have been wearing them since I was able to, but somewhere along the way, males fell out of love with them. Somewhere in the late 80s there was a switch to long shorts and its not really recovered. I find it strange as girls have now normalised string thong bikinis everywhere, (The steamroom in my gym could double as a beach in Ibiza), guys are still reluctant to speedo up. Wonder how we get it back.

Speedos was a new word to me as right from my youth we called them swimming trunks. Perfectly normal swim ware for decades until swimming shorts seemed to turn up.

Nothing wrong with wearing 'Speedos' ,male equivalent of a womans bikini bottoms. I don't know why there is any controversy about them .
