Would have to be a list of rules also, No BB for instance, bring condoms and lube ect so its not left for one person.

So very difficult to arrange and point taken about the monetary side of things, unlikely to progress unfortunately due to all the reliability issues and that it’s not exactly cheap, so if people did back out, the organiser may be left out of pocket

I organised a weekend in the Yorkshire dales a few years back on here only 5 out of 8 turned up but it was a bloody good three nights 2 bottoms and three tops sadly I got lumbered with the 300 quid that the no shows didn't pay

I think that is awful

which I think does bring in the whole problem of getting genuine guys who are willing to pay up, but also trust the host to organise.. we have all organised meets to have no shows and profiles disappear once a meet has been arranged, hence probably the wrong site to try to organise something like this

Am happy to organise. I think the general concept of this type of event at first would be hopefully somewhere perhaps in the Midlands? and would be a location where we could play two rounds of golf and have an overnight stay between the two rounds. Typically to reduce costs and for example if there was eight people we could have some room sharing. The cost would be probably somewhere around £150 for two rounds of golf accommodation, dinner bed and breakfast. We could use a booking site where everybody pays directly to the organiser so nobody gets left holding the financial baby!
