Puerto del Carmen is the best for cruising without a doubt. It also has the only gay/cruise bar on the island called Bar XXL which is great. I’ve posted lots in threads here on Puerto del Carmen so a search will help you there.

There are naturist beaches on the island but not all cruisy as family friendly. Caleta del Congrio, accessible from Playa Blanca by car only, is the crusiest. On that one, face the sea and walk right, round the rocks. Just follow everyone else who’s going there!
