No action in afternoon in the bars. The bars with cruising areas and action open later . Lovers bar is earliest I think at 8pm.

If you can see into a bar via windows etc it's not a cruising place. If you can't see inside its a cruising place.

For afternoon fun Peakaboo gay porn cinema is the place. A few mins walk from the 'old town" just around the corner from H20 sauna. Find it on Google mapd
