My wife and I have been to cape verdi 3 times in the last year and not once had a sniff of fun. She has a built in swinger radar and has never been wrong so far. We are back in January for 2 couple of weeks….s who knows what night happen then…probably nothing again, it’s maybe just too chilled for everyone.
